Rather than do things the typical way of telling you that you need to make a change and then leaving you to figure out the “how” on your own, we’ll walk with you every step of the way to ensure the needed change is acknowledged, achieved, and sustained, just for YOU.
Through intensive and personalized sessions we apply evidence-based, whole-person, prescriptive lifestyle change to treat, prevent, and often reverse chronic conditions. Wellness guidance will be focused on applying the six pillars of lifestyle medicine—a whole food, plant-predominant eating patterns, optimizing physical activity, restorative sleep, stress management, avoidance of risky substances, and strengthening positive social connections.

In-depth visits focused on YOU. Together we create and work through your personalized care plan addressing your specific lifestyle medicine needs, whatever that may look like for you. Typically, sessions are weekly for the first month, bi-weekly for months 2-6, and monthly for months 7-18. Clients generally need 12-18 months of intensive lifestyle behavioral change sessions for effective long-term health & wellness benefits.

Group session options are available to clients who have completed their initial individual session and have already developed their personalized care plan with our provider. These sessions are joined with other clients which allows you the opportunity to share, connect, and grow with others on a similar path as your own. Scheduling will be the same as above. This is a great resource to help further support you through your lifestyle medicine journey. Minimum 2 clients per session.

Sessions are focused on creating, achieving, and sustaining personalized goals focusing on your overall wellness, which will be scheduled at your convenience. These sessions are not as intense as the individual & group IBT sessions therefore results may vary.
